The Brief

Chopped & Brewed is a Houston-based mobile coffee brand dedicated to serving high-quality coffee with a local, cultural flair. The goal was to create a brand identity that reflects the authenticity, community, and vibrant culture of Houston while providing a modern, approachable aesthetic. The branding needed to communicate warmth, quality, and a sense of belonging, resonating with coffee lovers across diverse backgrounds.

The Design Outcomes

The brand identity for Chopped & Brewed combines bold typography, playful iconography, and a carefully curated color palette that speaks to Houston’s “Chopped & Screwed” background. The result is a cohesive, inviting brand that not only elevates the coffee experience but also fosters a sense of community wherever the coffee cart goes
