The Brief
ONE Music Fest's Creators Lounge was a VIP space for influencers and creatives, sponsored by Hulu and featuring their Freaknik documentary, along with other local vendors. I was tasked with creating the visual identity for the lounge, including bar menus, signage, and a custom bar wrap. The goal was to design a space that felt authentic to the festival’s roots in hip-hop culture, while maintaining a modern, street-style aesthetic that would resonate with the creators and influencers attending.
The Design Outcomes
The final design captured the essence of hip-hop and street culture, using bold typography, vibrant colors, and graffiti-inspired elements. The bar menus, signage, and bar wrap all tied together to create a cohesive space. The designs not only highlighted the sponsors like Hulu but also created an immersive experience that resonated with the festival-goers, blending the spirit of the festival with a high-energy, exclusive atmosphere.
